Missed Sales Fees

Research shows that estate agents lose millions in lost fees each year, with a high proportion of properties withdrawn from the housing market by the seller, rather than sold.  But did you know that almost 10% of withdrawn properties go on to sell to buyers where the vendor/buyer introduction was initially made by the estate agency?

Our services are delivered on a no collect, no fee basis and our processes are straightforward, requiring very little administration from our clients.

If you have a hunch that a property has sold privately, get in touch and we can investigate, and if we identify a private sale to one of your buyers, we will talk you through your options for recovery – there is no obligation to move to collections at this stage.

Many of our clients regularly provide us with a list of all withdrawn properties (or we can extract this data via our Reapit API) and our team will advise which withdrawn properties go onto sell and identify who the buyers are. If there is a match, and with your authorisation, Sinclair Taylor will work to recover the unpaid fees on your behalf, with little fuss but maximum results.

How it works:

1. Getting started is quick and easy. Simply provide us with a list of properties that have been withdrawn from the market. Sit back and we’ll do the rest
2. We continually monitor the market to establish which of your withdrawn properties have been sold
3. We identify buyers introduced by the Agent and review the contract to ensure the sale falls within its terms
4. We trace the seller to claim and recover your unpaid fee
5. If we are unable to recover the fee first time, we can arrange legal services, if appropriate. All work is on a No Recovery – No Fee basis
